The HOY Extremadura newspaper featured the HPC4E project on its edition of the 31 May 2017. The article focuses on the contribution of our partner CIEMAT and its centre located in Trujillo (Extremadura), the Centro Extremeño de Tecnologías Avanzadas (CETA). CETA hosts supercomputer facilities in Trujillo, available for the project.
The article includes some explanations and quotes from researcher Rafael García-Mayo.
The CIEMAT (Centro de Investigaciones Energéticas, Medioambientales y Tecnológicas) is a Spanish public research body assigned to the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness under the Secretariat of State for Research, Development and Innovation, focusing on energy and environment and the technologies related to them. It has offices in several different regions of Spain, and its activity is structured around projects which form a bridge between R&D&I and social interest goals.
